Hello,

Just recently transitioned over to Mitel's call recording platform. It's been great so far. The one issue I have is we now have 3 admins who need access to recorded calls. I was told that we have two licenses that could be used concurrently and it doesn't need to be tied to any particular users just that only two can use it at once. The original two managers have no issues but I setup the 3rd just like the other two and she cannot listen to other recorded calls or see live calls.  I'm going to reboot the system tonight but is there anything else I am missing? I have made sure she's the only one in the system and that has not worked. I have removed permissions from the other two so she's the only one and that didn't help. I can log into this gals pc with another managers name and see everyone's calls. I tried logging into one of the managers pc's who can see all the calls as this gal and I could not see everyone's calls.

You need a manager licence of each user. ( or delete the licence from one of your two admin abd give it to your third manager.

Also. You have to give all permissions to your third users.

What happends when you try to logged?

The licenses you are refferring to are the quality assurance licenses

these are the only ones that can
   - listen to LIVE calls
   - run reports
   - create evaluations

you can create as many supervisor accounts or user accounst as you want and allow them to listen
to all recordings ( just not live ones). on site we have with multiple supervisors and limited QA we allow allt he supervisors to listen to all calls and use generically named callmanager accounts for live call listening.

-only other option if they all need to listen simultaneously is too buy more
