1 Mitel 5330 IP Phone isn't getting office pages

Hi, I have one phone on a network of 50 where when there is an office intercom page, it does not come through the speaker.  I have tried adjusting the obvious volume settings, but it still is silent when an announcement goes over the intercom.  Where can I look to fix this?

Is it a part of the page group in programming? Is accept a page enabled in COS?

Thank you for your reply.  I unfortunately inherited the Mitel system when the provider went dark so I don't know what a COS is.  I only have access to the webpage admin where I can set up new phones and assign names to them, etc.   Can this be set from there?

I would think it would depend on the actual forms you have been given access to. Unless it is just group programming and I don't think that does not allow this at all.
