Hi guys,
Brand new to this forum and have not long been using/administering Mitel phone solutions so please excuse my possible noob questions
We have a team of ACD agents using the Mitel Micollab Softphone Clients along with the Ignite Client.
Three particular users as far as I am aware are being randomly logged out of Ignite often while on a call and getting an onscreen message the says "One of your agents was logged out outside of Ignite. Signing out now"
The user then has to crash out of the softphone and Ignite and open the applications again. This happens intermittently and these particular users have no different settings to those of their colleagues that are having no issues at all.
I have attached an image of the message they get.
Has anyone seen anything like this before? I have had a few "engineers" look at it and it seems to have them stumped too.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
