MiCollab/MiVoice synch failure
« on: October 18, 2017, 04:18:45 PM »
MiVoice and MiCollab on two different subnets just started failing synchs. Ping tests good. Do they just use 443 (Secure MiXML) to synch?

I see SDS uses TCP 7050, maybe that's my issue.

Did it just stop? Try restarting some services on the MiCollab server...

Login as root via Putty

Enter the following commands (will not effect user services)

sv restart sdscc
sv restart mom-server

After the mom restart, wait about 60 seconds then attempt to sync.
