I have an issue where SIP registrations are not clearing down on an MBG within the MiCollab platform.
Scenario: Customer had an issue registering the Konftel SIP device in the first place, I sorted this out for them whilst sitting at a desk within the office (all tested okay). I then plugged the Konftel in the conference room and tested with one way speech. Looking at the MBG registrations there were 2, as the network has DHCP, therefore is registering twice for each IP and sending the voice path to the wrong IP, hence one way audio.
Firstly, is there a way to remove the SIP registrations without rebooting?
Secondly what settings do I need to check to clear the SIP registrations down?
Things I have checked:
1) SIP capabilities timers
Subscription Period 3600
Subscription Period Minimum 300
Will i need to check keepalives?
I know that some of you may say, just set a static address, but customer does not want this.
