Voicmail Greetings
« on: October 16, 2017, 07:27:51 AM »
Hi,

I've got a user who has access to 3 mailboxes (2 shared and one personal).

They've gone on annual leave and have recorded their alternate greeting into the one of the shared boxes.... (don't ask....)

Is there any way to copy this greeting to the correct mail box? I'm pretty certain there's no easy way, but if there is it'd be useful to know!

Thanks

DJENKINS1973,

Easy way, no.

Somewhat time consuming way, yes.

You can export out the Greetings you want to work with and then just do a cut and paste into the other mailbox and load it back in. I have only done this a couple of times back around 2.3, but the process should be the same; although not fun at all since you may have to do it a couple of times. Make a backup of the mailboxes you are working with just in case you mess something up and need to set them back to what they were before you started.

Thanks,

Steven

I have a Windows app that can do this.  It does not work with a PS-1.

It looks like everyone has forgotten about it already

Hmm... I know I did, sounds like something that should be a pinned post maybe? @ralph

b_hackbarth & acejavelin,

I have set the original post in question as a sticky topic. If it is the wrong one let me know.

Thanks,

TE
