Call Reroute Timer for ATT Console

Hi Guys,

I have calls ringing into a console (x5001) softkey (x5003). The question is how do I reroute to another ring destination (Hunt Group) after say 30 seconds? I don't see where to apply a COS to either the console of the softkey to give it the timer values...I'm guessing I'm going about this all wrong.

ok, I have applied COS to console under station attributes, however call reroute is not working and I'm guessing it's due to no timers applied to the ring destination which is the softkey, not the console...anyone got a pro tip?

What kind of line is 5003 set up as on 5001? Single Line, Key System, etc? If 5001 is the only place it appears I would expect it to take on the COS properties of the primary extension (that may be wrong) but 5003 should appear in Call Rerouting.

Option B could be to set up a Hunt Group for 5003 with the only member being 8#5003 - you could then put 8#5003 on that key and operation should be pretty similar. You can modify the COS for the Hunt Group.

5003 is a ldn or "soft key" on an Attendant Console model 5540.
