Another OCS 2007R2 Problem
« on: September 28, 2010, 01:41:22 PM »
I've looked all through the forum and haven't seen this one yet...

I have a 3300 talking to OCS2007R2 through the LBG.  From the OCS Client, I can start a call to another internal extension, and my Mitel 5330 makes the call....that part works great.

When I try to call externally (let's say to my cell phone, or a contact in Outlook), the phone immediately picks up and displays "INVALID".  I've determined that for some reason, it's not following the OCS dial plan.  (for an external call, it should dial 9, then the number).

If I do a direct dial from the client to a properly formatted number (i.e. 9(Area Code)(Number) it works fine, the phone dials properly.

Anyone know or have an idea why it's not following the dial plan?
