DEE from multiple extensions
« on: March 31, 2017, 10:22:21 AM »
Is it possible to use DEE or any other method to do the following:
Call single extension>forward to multiple extensions>then those extensions forward to cell phones if not picked up internally?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA.

Depends on how many cells you want to use it for.  There's space in DEE for Mobile, Mobile 2, Home and Home 2, so theoretically you could ring 4 external devices (by calling cell 3 & 4 Home and Home 2).  With what you describe I think you'd need to break the chain of forwards maybe. I don't think a sys fwd for ext 100 to 101 will hit the DEE for 101.  If that's the case use a CRA to break the fwd path: 100 fwd to CRA 200, maybe say "please wait while I try to locate someone for you" or just use no recording.  CRA 200 would use TIME OUT in DIGIT TRANSLATION to send call to the phone or phantom 101.
