Call Park "Not Allowed".

Hi,

I am using MiVoice Business "Release level: 7.2 SP1 PR1". I am trying to park the call and getting "Not Allowed" on the display.

Procedure i am following:
After the call was answered, Press Trans/Conf button and dial call park feature key(*51). The display say's "NOT ALLOWED".
I also tried with assigning the function key to park. The issue is the same again.

This feature used to work without any issues in previous versions.

Please let me know if have any thoughts on this.

The things I would check are:
 - does that user have a CoS that includes "Call Park - Allowed to Park" set to yes?
 - what DN are they trying to park the call on? Can other users park onto that same DN?
