Time Format
« on: April 10, 2018, 10:21:59 AM »
I have two digital and two IP phones that are showing 24hr time format on the set and the rest are 12hr format.

Running release 6.0 SP3,  I know you can adjust times of phone with network zones but can't find out how these phones are using the wrong format.

I have been through the menu's in an IP phone and didn't find anything about setting the time format.

The COS is used on many sets but only four phones have a time format problem.  If it was a COS problem all the phone using that COS would have the problem.
There is a Cluster of 20 systems, 2 digital phones on one system and two IP phones on another system have the problem.

I thought the time format was in the System Options form.  Is that incorrect?

It is...

The time format (12 or 24 hour) is controlled by the attendant and overrides the Multiline Set Display 24 Hour Format in System Options for multiline IP Phones. - From System Help - Features - Date & Time. All phones should have the same settings within the LAN.

Date format is controlled by region setting.

That said, MBG phones can have their settings over-ridden on an individual basis.
