Configure a Mitel 5403 from scratch?

My boss is trying to install/program a new phone and I have 0 experience with anything other than setting up voicemail. Haven't been able to find a (free) version of the installation guide either. Please help!

Do you mean a Mitel 5304, the little one like a trim line phone with a display? Do you have available category D licenses?
