I figured it out, I had to do some sneaker net and look at another secretary's phone.  I was able to access the applications keys and look for the VM app and assign it to a line

I need the ability to program a key, either from the phone or from Form 09, so that a person can transfer a call directly to another persons voicemail.

New MOC
Line 114: Maximum IP sets 8

Since I requested max 248 (we have 220 now) it's on them for not ordering the correct number..

I entered the new moc, ip devices and password, low and behold I get an error about too many devices.  I'm betting the Vendor did not get me the updated licenses count.  Keep you posted

Thanks again

I saw this, I was sent a PDF of the 200 ICP Feature Options Record:  I enter the new MOC/Password off the PDF?

You have to go to form 4 (system options)
enter MOC
enter password
Save

I was able to purchase additional IP licenses from a 3rd party vendor, I was told that the" licenses have been assigned to my system and activate, and if I can sync them up.  Licensing system page is attached for offline"  and to forward the result back to the engineer.  I'm again at a loss as I did not see anything in the manual in regards to this

Thanks

I'm needing to locate the SYSID for my SX-200 so that I can purchase additional IP licenses, any ideas?

Thanks

Just installed a new Fortigate,  We're using the same VLAN/Subnets as before.  I can access the controller with the same PC I was connecting with before the change.  I can ping the Controller, and the PC can get to the GUI, The CDE forms appear, but I get a Connection Disconnected error on the GUI.  I don't think this is a policy issue as I can see the Forms on the left side, just not the mgmt screen.  My thought is to reboot the mitel system completely.  Thoughts?

Is there a way I can look up the total number of IP phones allowed and a count of connected IP phones on our SX-200 ICP?

I think I found my answers.

I dial the main number, I get the greeting, press 1 for Admin, press 2 for Site Admin1, press 3 for site admin 2, etc...  I get a voice greeting for the sites main office, after that, extension is not valid.

What's the trick when we get an outside call to the Auto Attendant and they press the number to get forwarded to that dept.  With all the changes that were done since the AA was first programmed,  I'm going to have to start from scratch.  I'd love a zoom/webex meeting with one of the SX200 guru's.

I was able to reset the VM passcode so I can now enter the system.  The original Auto Attendant (AA) seems to have been recorded a long time ago and needs to be completely updated.  I looked into form 08 LDN assignments, keys 2,3,4 are assigned a DIR Number.  I appear to have one Hunt Group, and when I look a the Tenant Form 19, it appears I have just one.
