SalesForce CTI connector for the 5000
« on: June 25, 2014, 03:37:08 PM »
Hello everyone,

Would anyone be able to recommend a CTI connector for Salesforce.com and our Mitel 5000 PBX? We need a connector that will work in a terminal server environment and we can't port our numbers to another service like twilio. Any advice on this subject would be much appreciated. Thank you!

A company called Xarios makes a nice, affordable CTI app to tie your PC to your phone.  Click-to-dial, on-screen call handling, drag-and-drop calls to ther users and much more.  I've never used with Salesforce.com, just Outlook, but their web site says SalesForce is supported.  Xarios.com, and you're looking for Phone Manager.  I believe they'll do a web demo for you

You can check out the Salesforce App Exchange page for Mitel integration options. Or, if you're willing, try a third-party software like ***Blocked as spam****. ***Blocked as spam**** offers Salesforce integration with Mitel. https://www.***Blocked as spam****.com/integrations/salesforceiq/mitel
