I have an extension with a direct outside line and a voice mailbox. I am using the Embedded voicemail. Since i cannot disable the "dial 0 for the operator" function I changed the operator extension to the extension number. This works during the day but during night hours the night operator is receiving calls that are coming through that VM box and going to "0". How can i make the voice mailbox use the number i set as the operator extension regardless of whether the system is in day or night mode?
