Down Mitel 5000

There was a massive power failure in my customer's neighborhood and now the system can't reboot it has an error message System Alarm #10....10221 OFF HOOK what does that mean?

Alarm 10 is a station off-hook alarm. It shouldn't prevent the system from rebooting.

Can you clear that alarm and check for any additional alarms?

I've seen that alarm on locked up systems, every phone shows Station Off Hook alarms.

Needed to unplug the system and power it back on to get it to come back up.
