I have had something brought to my attention. I had simply never noticed it before. When calling some of the users and they are busy, I have the option to "Intrude". Others, I do not have this option. Where would I activate or deactivate this option? I have searched and it seems it is the COS for Call Privacy, but I am unsure. I do not want the end users to have the option to intrude on the call. Thanks.
