I have a small MiVoice Business Express with NuPoint v8 and for some reason I can't record any Call Director recordings. I have a dummy extension (2400), and the call flow is all built and looks fine, but when I access that mailbox and press * from the main menu, it just says "I don't understand that command". I am using the default MiCW/MiCollab FCOS (14 - MAS) with Feature Bit 292 enabled, but it just won't let me record it. The dummy user had no UCC license bundle assigned to it, but trying an Entry or Premium doesn't change the results.
If I go in the call flow and click the menu then Record button, it pops up the window and says there is no recording and options of Import or Record, if I press Record it says to access the mailbox and press * but I get the same result, the standard "I don't understand that command" message.
Am I missing something? I have never had to do anything special, it just works.
If it matters, the phone I am trying to record from is a Teleworker phone.
