MiCollab 7.0
« on: March 15, 2016, 06:17:41 PM »
I am new to MiCollab and want to set up a user with ever option / Phone possible.
A desk phone, Desktop client, Mobile App, Skype for Business.
I have been told that I can only setup one SIP device for the user so I am going for UC endpoint.
The desk phone is simple.
I have been told to set up a 5020 Minet device as the third option but not sure if this is correct.
I have looked through a lot of Mitel Docs and can only find Minet being physical devices?

please let me know the phones I can set for a user I know 1. is UC and 2. is a deskphone but what is the third?

S4B is just a plugin on the MiCollab softphone. you need the desktop client SDK license to make it work, so it isn't a phone.

1. UC device type, which is used for A.Desktop Client. B. Skype for Business C. The Client can also work with the desk phone?
2. Desk phone device type.
3. External hot desk user for Mobile phone.  But what type of device type would you use ?
