Record a internal Call

Hi Everyone,

Is there a way of configuring Record A Call on both internal and external calls ?
Preferable without making use of 3rd party programs or configurations.

Hi Anders,

Unfortunately the built-in Record A Call feature can only be used if one of the parties in the call is on a trunk.  Internal calls can be recorded but it requires a 3rd party system which essentially captures SIP/RTP traffic as it traverses the network.

Thanks Dan , that is what I thought, I figured I would just double check.
