SIP Trunks, Send a Particular DDI when dialling out
« on: March 03, 2016, 05:29:49 AM »
Hello

Prospective customer wants to press a button and send a particular DDI when dialling out, he has multiple companies and wants to send the correct corresponding number when dialling out.

The system is around 2 years old so I'm guessing MCD 5 or 6.

We are going to be adding SIP trunks replacing his ISDN2e when he moves.

Cheers.

You should be able to use Multicall keys to achieve what you want.
Create a multicall key for each DDI and use CPN Substitution to send the desired CLI.
Just make sure the COS of the phone has 'Non-Prime Public Network Identity' set to yes.
