Colt SIP Trunk London help needed

Colt SIP Trunk London and the Mitel 3300.   Colt is not using user name / password authentication only IP Addy.   Anyone have any luck setting one of these up on the 3300.  Getting 404 error and cannot register to registrar.

Is there a Colt setup config on MoL? I've only ever done username/password authentication, sorry.

BTW, COLT should be able to supply the SIP GoE for you if you do not have access to MoL. Basically your IP address is trusted by COLT so you need to make sure no address translation is being used by your network when it gives out your IP address to colt.

Thank you both for the response   I have the MOL from Mitel  / Colt.  Set it up item for item.   Just getting a busy when dialing out.   No authentication is set up.   Confusing when you see NOT REGISTERED or  SIP LINK DOWN as they are only using IP ADDY.   I am only used to username  / password configs.   I will double check to see if there is any translation going on from me to COLT.   I have to be getting close

Up and running.   3300 stateside,  Colt SIP plugged in London location.   Works like a charm.

What was the issue?

Colt signalling port was having an issue.   We were TX but they no RX.   A quick re config on their side and we were up and running.
