Teleworker
« on: December 18, 2015, 05:52:24 AM »
Hi

I have a remote user who is setup as a Teleworker. I would like to change the extension number of the phone. If I change the extension number in the Mitel Console. Will that work for the remote phone?

No problem.
Change it in the 3300.
It will pass through the TW server without you having to do anything.

Remembering you will lose all the previous settings including VM IIRC.

Only if it's external VM, like Nupoint... If it is embedded voicemail, the mailbox number will change as well.

If this site is using MiCollab with SPP, you can just change it in the MiCollab Users and Devices configuration tab.
