Three Way Conferencing
« on: October 12, 2015, 05:19:41 PM »
Hello Fellow Mitel Techs,
A question on doing a three way conference. I'm aware of this method:
1) Initiate the call (Internal/External)
2) Press the "Transfer/Conference" Button

3) Dial the internal extension or press your direct trunk selection (Typically 9) then dial your 2nd party.
4) Once the second party answers press the "Transfer/Conference" Button to tie all parties together.
This procedure works no issue for me.

Our customer is wanting to know if it is possible to do a 3-wy conference a different way. In this case they would have two people already on separate Multi call keys and are wanting to tie them together. Not seeing how this works or if it even supported.

Thanks,
-Iron
