Strange Issue with VoiceMail
« on: October 02, 2015, 01:12:47 PM »
Hi Everyone,

Normally I can find someone else that have run into the same issue as me, however this time I have not been able to find anyone that have had the same issue.

Setup 2 Mitel 3300 on release 7.1 PR1, Active software load 13.1.0.36 in a cluster setup with a MBG for off-site workers
I'm getting reports that users on the secondary site,  when trying to call at least 2 specific users on the MBG are getting the Secondary language VM greeting, even though the default language is set to English.  However if they call someone else on the MBG, then they are presented with the correct language on the VM greeting.

Now when I try it from the primary 3300 or external number then I am getting the correct language on those two extensions

Does anyone have any good ideas as two what might be causing this or how to correct it ?

Are you using embedded vm? You could either turn of bilingual or make the the same to see if it corrects the issue.
