Mitel 3300 - Embedded VM question

Hello Fellow Mitel Techs,
On the Embedded voice mail, I was curious if someone knew how to disable an extensions name from being dialed in the company directory?

NOTE: If you do not program the "Name" field in the VM Mailboxes or User and Services Configuration form, the user cannot be called using the Directory feature.
