cgashlin01,

Do you have a PEC [Processor Expansion Card] in your system? If so it will need a unique external IP address as well or you will have audio issues.

Thanks,

TE

cgashlin01,

Alright if you have one then you need to put the second public IP address under it IP Connection.

System > Devices and Feature Codes > IP Connections > P6001 [Default]> NAT IP Address: This is where the second Public IP Address would go.

Then you would need to create a Route from the public to the local IP address of the PEC.

If you don't remember what the IP Address of the PEC is then you can look here.

System > IP Settings > Static Processor Expansion Module IP Address: This is the local IP address of the PEC.

Thanks,

TE

cgashlin01,

So are you saying that you have a PEC and it is configured properly. Did you add the new public IP Address to the P6001 and setup a route and then test?

Thanks,

TE

It is only affecting the 5320 phone.

Now me coming from a background of Asterisk and SIP I must ask..

Is there any type of STUN server input anywhere?

The remote location need any ports open?

So when I call that phone extension the phone rings. THe person picks up and I can hear them but they cannot hear me.

I figured it out. I had to enable NAT in the 5000 for that particular phone.
