call flows in Nupoint

Hi , I start work with the Nupoints and I don't have much experience .I need help in the following .
I need to create a new message for the auto attendant for my client , what I did is.
1- I create a mail box 7053 and then go to the call flows and create the flows which the client want . as I know this new configuration are Offline and I did activate for the MAS by rebooting .

My problem is that the MCD not see this Mailbox and because of that I can't make any routing for this call flows.

What is the missing part in the configuration ?

Add mailbox # as a single line, no ring, key on a phantom ext.  then go to call rerouting and change always to the vm id. (2?)
