Mitel 3000 - Broadband Module Constant Reboot

I have a Mitel 3000 with the broadband module installed for VOIP. The broadband module reboots at random at least twice per day. Ports for the Mitel 3000 and our 5330e IP phones are all set to auto negotiate and the ports are clean on the network switch.

Firmware has been re flashed on both the Mitel 3000 and the broadband module and the issue persists.

Has anyone seen this?
Are there any specific port settings that need to be disabled or enabled on the network switch?

Looking for additional troubleshooting steps, any help is appreciated.

This is off topic for this forum. As there isn't a 3000 forum not sure where to move. I think you will find few that deal with the 3000, I would try and reseat the expansion backplane.

BTW, I refer to the 3000 as that plastic POS. Lucky now not to see them very often.  :D
