You can change the COS of the classroom phones to be in DND in Day mode.
Or you can call reroute the phone in day mode.
This means that the system will have to change modes in class times from night to day or to night 2.

Or user call call forward all calls manually.

In reality, all the phone in the classroom are already program to do that. The line flash, but there are no ring and the big orange lamp on the top of the phone stay off. The problem is that i want to add a other phone and i don't know how the person before me do that configuration. I tried to copy the phone with a new number but it don't work. The new phone are in the same COS. The actual phone don't use DND and don't use forward profile. I don't see any configuration in the 5330 IP  to turn off the ring.

Thank you for your help and excuse me for my bad English.

Copying the COS would normally be the right way. Might also want to try to run a "locate feature [dn]" on the set you want to copy the settings of, that will tell you if something else like DND or forwarding is enabled as well.

Check the Call Rerouting Assignment form.
I suspect that the phones are rerouted in either day, N1 or N2.

Lundah :
I try to run a "locate feature [dn]" on the phone i want to copy the settings of.And there is no active features. In fact, the only number who change is the ID, the circuit location, the extension and the MAC address.

ralp : in the "Call Rerouting" the two phone have the same number in all column.

I take a existing phone with extension 7612, i click on the copy button and i give it the number 7620. The 7612 phone don't ring and the 7620 phone ring.

thank you

When you call 7620 does it go directly to VM or does the caller hear ringing but the phone does not ring?

Look at the station attributes form to be sure everything is same in there.
Specifically I'd look to be sure they are in the same tenant.

Hello,

I don't have VM program for the phone classroom because there is no need to. The caller hear ringing, and ringing ... until he hangs up and the physical phone don't ring but the button 1 (7620) flash.

I look the station attributes and all the number on the two phone are the same.
I also go to tenants and the first is occupied status and all other is vacant.

thank you again, i apprecite your help

Alex

The only way I can think of that this is possible is for the phone to have it's ringing volume turned all the way down.
Can you make 7620 actually ring at all?

I think the extension number is programmed as a multicall key and is programmed as no ring.

"until he hangs up and the physical phone don't ring but the button 1 (7620) flash"

and

"the big lamp on the phone stays off"

Its about the only way I can see the scenario happening....

With your help and with your idea, i find the solution !!!

There are two section to program key in the "Multiline Set Keys ". The buttom section is for the programmable Keys and the top section seem to be for the prime line (my extension 7620). In this top section, i have the choice to put "no ring" on my single line.

It work !!!! Thank's a lot
