Music on Hold
« on: February 15, 2010, 11:54:55 PM »

Hi Guys,

I have an issue here with mutiple Music on Hold Files configured on the system.

Example:
There is a Music on Hold file configured on the system for Company 1. Now Company 2 needs to be playing the Default MoH when the person calling in is put on hold.
For some reason both Company 1 and Company 2 seems to be playing the Company 1's MoH uploaded wav file and not the Default MoH.

Do I need to make this change somewhere else , like on a trunk so that it makes the change to entire 100 range number?????

Cheers

Hi,

Thank you for your response.

I was using tenanting but the Default MoH was corrupt. So set it up as an Embedded file.

Thank you again for your response.

Cheers

do you have 'audio source' set to default or embedded in 'tennant assignment'?
