Speech-to-Text: How to accept end user license agreement

In NuPoint I have enabled the Speech-to-Text feature under UM-SMTP.  However, there is a message stating the following (screenshot attached).

Speech-to-Text End User License Agreement: The user has not agreed to the End User License Agreement.

Where can the EULA be found so that it can be accepted?
