Found a bug

If you bond the NIC's in the MSL the application will crash.

Also, if you use AWC as your collab then you must use the IP address not the FQDN of the AWC in the config. They claim 3.1 will resolve.

I am having problems with the config option on my client. It works on the other five users I configured but not on my desktop or laptop. It acts as though I never tried to select the option.

Other than those two issues I haven't seen anything, although I have just started using it.

I have 3 clients that are doing the same configuration nothing happens issue. The interesting thing is when I first installed them it worked fine.

The other thing is the "dss/blf" functionality doesn't seem to work. It works if you reboot the server but stops after a while. I sent some logs to design but haven't heard anything back yet.

I haven't seen the BLF issue. I have installed the client on about ten machines and mine is the only one with issues, well my desktop and laptop. Go figure.

I did figure the BLF issue out I didnt have presence enabled in the features.

But now none of the clients can get into the configuration option. I installed the software on my laptop and it does the same thing..... time to call Mitel.

I have a ticket open and it has gone quiet. My server keeps losing connectivity for no reason. It is like MSL is shutting down the NIC. I must go manually reboot and it will work agian. Another thing that is annoying is that if you have a multicall on sets that is in use the BLF indicates that the set is in use. There may be a way to solve this but I haven't had the time to look for it.

Do users need to logon at the UC3 client manually or is this automated (like YA and UC2 Advanced)?
(Is looking for information and thinking about an upgrade to UC3)

Its a separate account unlike the YA 2 where it used the Windows credentials. There is an option to remember password so they dont have to retype the password on every login.

We know why we cant open the client. If you have more than 6 line appearances on your phone the config wont open.

But when a users is "Flexing", where we use hotdesking for, is there an option to save the information on the users homedrive?
Someone who can send me some screenshots of the management, login screen for users and the user interface?

Is the config issue a bug or intentional?

v2win and I talked real time about this.
It's a bug.  uh I mean "un-intended feature enhancement"
