5330 Application keys
« on: October 23, 2009, 01:32:07 PM »
Just looking for a quick answer before I dig deeper into this:

A customer programs his own phones.  He adds them in via the User from.
The customer remembers that at one time he would add a phone and then go to the mulitiline set Key assignment form and the Application button was already programmed on line 8.  Now all keys are blank and he has to add it himself.

I tried on my system and it doesn't add it either.   I <almost> kinda remember may have seen it actually do this but I'm not sure.   So my question is, before I call Mitel and get the answer I think I'm gonna get, is has anyone see where when you add a phone it automatically add the application button?

I think it was like 7 - and caused some issues if you programmed the top key as something else....
