Can't page on IP on SX200 5.0.2.12 AX

I am programming an SX200 AX with several 5340 phones that will be in one single basic page group. I have been attempting to setup all page and group page to no avail, I can assign the page feature to the phones but no matter if I use the key or just press *12, I keep receiving INVALID on the screen. I have verified the COS features that the folio shows and all the phones are in the same defaulted page zone (01). I am only able to get direct page to work, but that is about it...any ideas?

Are you talking about paging over just sets? Then it's direct page code * for all sets, or # for group only

At the moment, I am looking to get get the set page to work, but we will be paging across sets and overhead.

You know, digital trunking was fine and ARS was a breeze, but paging seems to be kicking my butt...

The direct page * works...

I have tried all page (for the customer wants paging across sets and overhead to no avail. I went through the setting as instructed with the folio.

The feature is set at *12, but if I dial *12 it says invalid.

If I add a PA Page key it is non responsive...

Any ideas...

I found out I need a Mitel IP Page unit to interface with the 3rd party (Bogen) paging amp for the PA Paging. I had called Mitel TS but he was trying to convince me I could pin out like an MX unit on my Ax, so that was useless...
