Chrismitel,
I never even seen one of these phones, but did you make sure the phone was using the same feature code that is programmed in the system for Call Logs? If it is then this issue shouldn't be happening if you are using the Call Logs feature as it knows to use the Outgoing Extension of the phone.
Now, that being said the Outgoing Extension needs to be set for Automatic Route Selection [Default 92000 or 82000]. You also need to make sure that the Local Area Codes are setup properly in the System > Number Plan > Home Area Codes. Then you will need to look at User Groups to ensure that the system knows when to dial a 1 and when not to dial a 1 for long distance calls.
Go to System > Numbering Plan > User Groups > User Group 1 > Restricted Area Codes then find your local area code from the restricted area codes and drag and drop them to the extended area codes. Then in the Extended Area Codes go to the Restricted Office Code Table and drag the Office Codes that do not need a 1 inserted to the Allow Table, leaving the Office Codes that need the 1 inserted in the Restricted Table.
Now, you do not need to add any phones to User Group 1 unless you want those phones to be Toll Restricted to Local Calling Only, but at this point it should work fine for you.
Thanks,
TE
