Hot desk extension in use
« on: March 10, 2014, 03:56:09 PM »
A user was hot desked at a remote site this past Friday.  He forgot to logout on Friday and when he tried to hot desk into his primary site it said "Extension in use"  It showed him logged in at the remote site so I had someone log him out and it still showed him logged in at the remote site.  We rebooted the 5330 IP phone and it still shows him logged in.  I busied out the extension with no luck.  We are running 6.0 are the primary site and 5.0 at the remote site.  Any suggestions?

You could try the FAC for 'Hot Desk Remote Logout'
