Hotdesk query

Hi,

I remember seeing on a 3300 how to create a hotdesk user, unfortunately my colleague has misplaced the notes from this and I am now baffled. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction for a guide/notes on how to set this up on a 3300 controller?

Sounds irritating but the HELP file is your best recourse.
Create a FULL User with No Device, that is your HD user.
If you already have HD users on your system then copy the COS that they are using, if this is going to be the first HD user then there might be a couple a things you need to set. Any questions then you know where to post them. :)

Make sure you have the necessary licenses, too. Is the user getting voicemail?
