Phone Rings When User Gets Voicemail

Hello,

For only one of our users, the phone rings when he receives a voicemail. Upon receiving a voicemail, his notification light flashes then a few seconds later his phone goes off (it shows "voicemail port" on the caller ID).

How can we disable that feature? I am not finding anything set differently in his voicemail settings.

What are you using for VM?

We are using the embedded Mitel voicemail

Where did you find the setting? Would be helpful for others if they come across this post in searches =)

Used to be a COS option for dialed message waiting or something like that. It was for users on phones with no MWI. Not sure if that is what is being referred to.
