Mitel Helpdesk Engineer Required - UK, Hemel Hempstead

Our client a Mitel partner has an opening for an office based role based in their UK Hemel Hempstead office (near junction 8 of the M1).  You will be responsible for dealing with the first line faults from any of our customers  that come into the service desk either via email or telephone.  You will be expected to pickup and fix any of the faults that come in but pass on faults that need additional investigation to our 2nd line team.
As a skilled Engineer you will be expected to demonstrate a high level of technical competency, have good telecoms knowledge,  good understanding of IP telephony concepts and be able work on your own initiative whilst assisting other engineers at all levels in our business.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Product knowledge of the following Mitel Voice products is a must:
•         Mitel 3300 – Release 4.0 and above
•         3300 IP Network
•         Mitel 5500 Console
•         CCM – Release 5.0 and above
•         IQ\IVR – Release 5.0 and above

The following would be advantageous:
•         Mitel Enterprise Manager\Mitel Ops Manager
•         Unified Communications Advanced
•         Mitel Border Gateway
•         NuPoint
•         Oak Call Reporting
•         Understanding of data networking
•         Understanding of SIP

Basic salary between £30,000 - £35,000 Per annum
