Deliver Customer Call to Phone Button

Hu guys,

I want to deliver a customer number to a button on one deskphone in the business.

I have looked at system speed calls & multiline set key assignment and I'm at a loss.

Ideally, the customer would ring in on a number and a flashing key would appear on one phone only.

I know this is a no brainer - but can someone help.

(1) Is the number a Copper trunk or a DID number?
If DID just program the last 3 or 4 digits as a "single line" under the button.
If it is a copper trunk, program the button with any available non DID number and then in Trunk Service assignment point to that number.
