« on: August 30, 2012, 09:34:51 PM »
I try to install UCA on a VMAS server.

But when I install the client on a computer, it connect for about 30 seconds then go Offline.

In the UCC Logs i found this:

2012-08-30 21:26:02.353 Msg [Delegate Queue Thread: 1]: OfflineService: WiredRedService_sub -> offline
2012-08-30 21:26:02.353 Msg [Delegate Queue Thread: 1]: OfflineService: WiredRedService_sub requesting to go offline. AppState = 1

Where should I look to fix that????

Thanks

Feels like a vlan issue.  Could each client be reaching  the UC server via a different path?

I have exactly he same issue, but then when connecting to a second border gateway server

the logs (tug.log) on the border gateway show no errors, actually if I read it good, the registration succeeds, but the client thinks not and disconnects.

any help is welcome

I dont think the errors you have posted are your problem, I think it will be before this. This is the client trying to register for presence updates and the client will still connect to the server without this working. delete ypur ucc.log then start the client and post the results.

It's working now.

I'm not sure which of the change I have done fix the problem, but it's working fine now.

It was a bad configuration of the MSL or hostname.

We had a firewall that was doing packet level inspection of the SIP traffic and eventually deciding (after a successful connection) that it was an attack and started to block the connection.
