Removing 1 channel from PRI

We are switching to new services.  We have two PRI's and the service provider is only providing 22 channels on the second PRI.  Not sure why...  Everything is staying the same.  Do I remove this from Digital Trunk Assignments?  Clear the last channel???

That does sound strange.
I'd just remove it from the trunk group.  That way you won't use in outbound and if a call does happen to come in on that channel it will still work correctly for inbound.   But if you really need to remove it, go to maintenance commands, busy the plid then you can delete it all together from the trunk assignment form.
