Hi all
Hold key is not working in all my mitel phone. It used to work properly is i am missing any PROGRAMMING i shutdown the system I removed the card & reinserted the card & system is powered on. still hold key is not working

Wait....removed the card? A compact flash card? Are you sure you have a 3300 and don't have a Mitel 5000?
