I've always thought that the maximum number of key appearances was 16 for any given number.
I had a customer say he couldn't add any more appearances of a button on more phones.
It said he reached the maximum amount of appearances.
I had him look in the Multiline Appearance Group form and look up the number he was trying to add.
He said he had 18. (?)
I thought the number was raised to 32 at version 5.0.
He's running ver 4.0.
I was going to have him upgrade but when I look in the help file for version 4.0 it says 32.
Is there something you need to do to go to 32 appearances of the same button?
