YSE Subroutine - Query an Excel doc for Time of Day/Day of week

We want to query an Excel doc for schedule data so our CC Supervisors can manage their own open/closed schedules and our Helpdesk to manage their OnCall schedules.
Which Admin or User guide for MICC will I find this documentation?

as far as i am aware nothing is documented
 I think it might require at least one purchased IVR port license
 if its displaying as 120 you have no purchased ports ( they are the free limited ports)

Assuming that you have a licensed port
- you set up the excel sheet as a data provider ( sheet needs to live on the server )

then use a subroutine to query the spreadsheet and return the required data
