new extension cannot be called from another node

I have two 250 boxes tied together.  One has ext 100's and the other 200's.  The users at 100 can call all the phones on the other node with ext 200's   100 can call 201, 202 and so on.  However I added ext 220. anyone at the other node (100) cannot dial this 220 extension.  It gets shut down when the second 2 is dialed.  I know this is a simple something I am missing. Thanks

Did you do an Export/Import between the systems after you created the new extension?  Without doing an export, system 2 will not know about the new devices on system 1.
