3300/SX2000-Active Voice (Repatee) Auto Attendant programming
« on: January 19, 2011, 06:49:02 PM »
Hey all- If anyone can help me with this- I currently have my Auto Attendant setup to answer all calls to our Main number. I want to change it so that all calls go to the operator and if after 4 rings, goes to the auto attendant.

seemed simple enough but I cant seem to figure out where to change this. I have been looking in trunk COS.

thanks in advance!
b

How are you directing calls to the AA? Speed dial of a DID, DID as the piliot number, phantom extension and call rerouting?

The last option would give you the most flexability as you could change the day, night1 and night2 answer points in the call rerouting always form.

I believe we are directing the calls to AA by Pilot number of 3807. I look in the Call Rerouting Assignment form and the always
alternative number is 2 for day, 2 for night1 and 2 for night 2. 2 is the Call rerouting 1st Alternative assignment of Voicemail/AA where 55 is the HG pilot number for VM/AA
