Then you might need to completely de-provision the existing trunk group, trunks, and circuit and rebuild it.

OK, getting back to this; to clear out and re-provision I'm finding a chain of dependencies that need to be deleted first, when I try to clear the trunks I get the 'man-busied' error attached. How do I put it into man-busy?

Go to Maintenance Commands, run a "Busy 2 1 2"" to busy out the entire card.

Thank you, lundah, still slow going.

Was able to delete most stuff, except the last channel of the T1/trunk-group. Which I think is preventing me from clearing Digital Link Assignment; which is preventing me from deleting the Link Descriptor and re-creating as ISDN Node.

How do I delete that last trunk and/or the trunk group?

Have to delete the whole Trunk Group. That will yell at you if there's still a route referencing it so go into Route Assignment and temporarily change the referenced Trunk Group to something else. Then you should be able to delete the Trunk Group and all the other downstream stuff.

where in the directory tree will I find the form where I can delete the trunk group? I figured "Digital Trunk Assignment" but there is not delete option I have already cleared everything here.

Trunk Groups is the form name. I forget where it is in the older versions, maybe under the Automatic Route Selection section?
