CLI presentation

Hello All,

I have been asked to present our DDIs when calling out.  I have done a CCS trace and found that we already are passing the extension number down our ISDN30 (PRI) so will get the carrier to do their bit..
 
BUT.......

I do not want to show DDI for all extensions, also I want to show the call centre number if anyone from a call centre calls out.. 
Any ideas??

This can be done 2 way's. CPN substitution or Associated number presentation. Please make sure that the Default outgoing number on the ISDN link is set, as there will not be any number going out if that is left empty.

Yea like wiseguy said put your Default CPN Substitution in the Digital Link for PRI and then if you want to apply it to only the Call Center Extensions, then plop those extensions in a DID Range and place that DID range in the CPN Substituion form.
